This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) for ENVISION COLD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) personal information we collect from you when you use our website at www.envisioncold.com (“Website”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other websites where it is not posted, or that are run by third parties, and you should reference the respective third-party privacy policies for information on how they collect and use your information.

We only collected certain types of information, including “personal identification information” and “education & employment information” described above, when you chose to directly provide it to us. Envision Cold does not sell personal information for monetary consideration to third parties. We do not currently share any personal information with third parties for business purposes, including for targeted advertising or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.

As noted above, Envision Cold does not currently sell personal information or share personal information with third parties for these purposes.

“Do Not Track” Features

Some web browsers and mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
